Company - Island Estuary Management Group (IEMG) Inc. a DB A of TCF Management Inc. was formed in 1996 by a unique team of entrepreneurs, entertainers, and marketing professionals. IEMG has provided general business entertainment in live and multi-media formats to the Orlando Convention market including some of the world’s top companies including IBM, Anheuser-Busch, GE, and Microsoft with top performers like Sting. Concurrently, IEMG has developed its own entertainment content and product lines geared toward the Convention and Adult Contemporary (AC) markets.

Opportunity - Orlando, Florida hosted 47.8 million visitors in 2006, 10.6 million were business visitors. International Drive in Orlando, Florida boasts 35,000 + hotel rooms, the 2nd largest domestic convention center by exhibit space (1.5 million visitors 2007) and numerous other convention hotels and meeting centers. However, I-drive cannot boast of the same successful and famous (AC) entertainment experiences offered in the rival destination of Las Vegas and smaller market rivals such as Branson MO, Nashville and Atlantic City.

Solution - Boz Live on I-Drive, the first 2.5 hour concert and stage show production for the AC market in Orlando. The unique venue based entertainment experience rivals Cirque du Soleil, Celtic Women and Blue Man Group. The first recurring act will feature Jeffrey P. (Boz) Bosworth whose Album achieved top 100 on FMQB, #16 on the AC Charts and #1 on the Jones Hit Disc in July of 2008. The world-class band production will highlight positive messages in song accompanied by incredible imagery, video and lighting developed by some of the best professionals in the industry.

Strategy - The AC market consumes 55% of music content, would purchase if high quality, and has plenty of disposable income. The IEMG strategy is to provide high quality and accessible music/entertainment for the captive I-Drive and Central Florida markets. Form mutually beneficial relationships with musicians, music companies, production companies and other creative organization to reach the broader aged 25-65 AC market. Grow IEMG into an AC music/entertainment content provider through multiple mediums including live performances, televised performances, CDs, DVDs and others.

Competition - Greater Orlando has numerous entertainment experiences geared toward a variety of age groups and accessible under certain circumstances. Disney, Universal and Sea World offer destination entertainment requiring money, time, and transportation all of which can be significant hurdles for visitors especially business. Those entertainment experiences in direct competition with Boz Live on I-Drive require significant travel and thus time and transportation: Blue Man Group (20 min), Cirque de Soleil (30 min) and The King Center for the Performing Arts (60 min).

Management - IEMG’s management team includes business and entertainment professionals with years of experience in both capacities. The founding partners are Jeffrey Bosworth and Mike Martone. Jeff has 20 years of corporate senior management experience and over 20 years as a seasoned vocalist, performer and drummer. Mike has served as a CFO of a bank, VP of Sales and Marketing with a software company and founded and subsequently sold a financial planning software company. Together, they have assembled a team of high-powered and respected professionals.

Company Milestone - Over this last year, IEMG has been able to build an incredible story within the Orlando Business community with this project, and obtain signature partnerships from The Economic Development Commission (EDC), The Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau (OCVB), The Disney Entrepreneur Center (DEC), the United Arts of Central Florida (UACF) and the Orange County Arts and Cultural Affairs Department (OCFL). These strategic alliances have been formed to aid the development, sales and marketing efforts in Orlando.

Value Proposition - IEMG will create value for its shareholders, community and customers thru the generation of multiple sources of revenue, creation of jobs, and origination of high-quality AC music/entertainment content. Financials - The Company is seeking funding in the amount of $3.5 million to develop the production with revenue generation from operations expected to begin within 9 months of funding. The EBITDA is expected to be $7 million + year 1, $18.5 million + year 2 and $17.7 million + year 3.
